Why does it take a period of time after I order uniforms for us to begin receiving deliveries?
Coyne carefully measures each employee and orders uniforms-enough for seven full changes. The initial order requires time for these uniforms and accessories to be assembled and stocked for your use. Once service begins, Coyne always has an ample supply to ensure uninterrupted service.
 
Why are my new uniforms stiff feeling?
Like most of the garments you purchase at the store, starch and sizing are used in the manufacturing process. This will wash out when the garment is first washed. Coyne garments will then feel soft and comfortable.
 
What happens if an employee quits or is terminated?
Let your Coyne Service Sales Representative (SSR) know immediately when an employee is no longer with your company. Collect all of the garments rented for that individual and return them to Coyne to avoid lost garment charges. Coyne's garment control system helps you confirm that the employee returned all uniforms before releasing a final paycheck.
 
What happens when my company adds new employees?
Simply let your SSR know that you have new employees who need uniforms and they will arrange to take measurements and order the needed uniforms.
 
How will you handle it if an employee moves to another department or location?
Coyne makes it hassle free! Just tell your SSR and they will change the delivery to the correct location.
 
Why do I sometimes experience missing uniforms?
There could be several reasons for one or more garments being missing. Before notifying your SSR or calling Coyne's Customer Service department, check to see if one of the following has taken place:
 
    1. You forgot to turn in all of the soiled garments last week;
    2. You left some of your garments at home;
    3. Another employee took your garment(s) by mistake;
    4. Due to a recent change, we left your clean garments at another location.
 
What happens to my deliveries when our company closes for a holiday?
Your SSR will provide written notices in advance to let everyone know the new day for pickup and delivery.
 
Do I get credit when an employee or my entire company is on vacation?
You are billed weekly for all uniforms and other items under contract. The agreed upon price takes into account vacation days and shut downs.
 
How do you ensure the quality and completeness of each delivery?
Coyne employs a continuous upgrade system that utilizes an 8-point in-plant inspection to determine if they need repair or replacement. In addition, we provide easy-to-use repair tags for your employees to flag desired repairs. All repairs are expertly mended to the highest standards. Worn out garments are replaced on a regular continual basis.
 
How will I know when you have repaired or replaced a garment?
Each time we repair or replace a garment, we place a notice card on the hanger. Coyne prides itself for performing 100% on-time repairs and alterations, and a 93% rate of identifying needed repairs before the customer makes a request.
 
What does Coyne do to help my company control the cost of replacing lost and abused items?
Coyne makes available garment lockers to help employees keep track of their clean uniforms and dirty clothes lockers or bins to help them keep track of their soiled garments. Lockers also improve garment security and reduce housekeeping costs.
 
What does Coyne do internally to control the costs of its uniform rental programs?
In addition to hand-counting, an 8-point in-plant inspection process, and an engineered process that allows for efficient flow of garments through the cleaning process, Coyne also employs the latest technology. Bar coding and RF chip embedding are used as appropriate to provide superior inventory and cost control. Other benefits to our customers include:
