For example, if you've been hired at the Processing level and you show both the aptitude and desire to grow to the next level of responsibility.
Your next steps are:
- You'd learn what is required of processing to ensure customer satisfaction;
- You'd bring this knowledge to the Customer Service level where you would make decisions on a daily basis that effect customer satisfaction, and would enjoy greater influence with Processing to ensure quality;
- You'd have the option to move into Sales or Management as positions open and depending your level of skill, education, aptitude and desire to grow to the next level of responsibility.
